Mainz/Offenbach/Seoul, 2009-12-01. In a four-stage selection process, Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH (HME) has chosen mediaman as their new European Master Agency Digital Services. As from today, mediaman is in charge of the rollout of a new consistent web presence in the European markets.
“Our expertise of localization, individualization, and of rolling out online sales platforms globally has convinced our partners from Hyundai in Europe and Korea”, rejoices mediaman Client Service Director Jessica Schmidt. “Another important point is our presence in Asia with our mediaman offices in Shanghai and Beijing.” mediaman CEO Fabian Fischer emphasizes: “Hyundai is a strong emerging company, and excellently fits to our international client portfolio. Winning this client shows that our strategy has been right.”
Just one week after the pitch, mediaman and Hyundai launched their cooperation with a three-day workshop in Seoul. True to the marketing strategy “think global, act local”, mediaman initially realizes the consistent internet presence for the European importers. The rollout of the new online platform will be visible in spring 2010 with the website of Hyundai Spain.
