This is your profile:

• You've studied Media Design, Communication Design or something similar.
• You've already worked in other internet agencies for a while.
• You have a mind of your own and good ideas, you can think laterally and work on your own authority.
• You have a keen sense for impressive animations, interactive applications, design trends and typography.
• You know your stuff when it comes to  Flash CS3, Photoshop, Illustrator, and HMTL/CSS.
• Skills in object oriented programming with Actionscript 2.0 or 3.0 would come in handy.
